Solaris sun lounger
A spacious double sun lounger for parks, green spaces and high-quality public leisure areas. The Solaris sun lounger combines a curved reclining surface with bamboo slats and a range of installation options – including a version that can be rotated through 360° for flexible use in leisure areas.

Curved lines for a relaxing experience: the Solaris double lounger combines a generous reclining surface with striking, Ergonomic-inspired lines. From the raised back section, the slats curve gently down through the lower central section to the slightly raised foot area. This continuous shape gives the Solaris its distinctive character whilst also providing space for two people to sit side by side.
The reclining surface consists of 29 slats measuring 60 × 40 mm and is available in either FSC-certified Dark Bamboo or Savanna Bamboo. It is supported by a frame made from 6 mm-thick laser-cut moulded parts, which is Hot-dip galvanized and, optionally, Powder-coated as well. A Solaris bench and table are also available to match the sun loungers, allowing the characteristic design language to be continued within an open-space concept. Solaris offers several installation options to suit different settings. The sun lounger is available as a fixed unit with a base ring, a mobile unit with runners, or a fixed unit with an FP100 base plate. A 360° rotatable version is also available for selected models. A foundation basket is available as an option; a further fixed version with an FP0 base plate is available on request.
Solaris Urbano combines the characteristic curved reclining surface with a solid concrete substructure. The concrete feet are made from C30/37, XC4, XF1 concrete in accordance with DIN 18500. The grey concrete has an acid-treated surface with anti-graffiti protection, exposed concrete class SB3 and chamfered edges; concrete specification BNB 010-0-S. Further finishes and colours are available on request. Solaris Urbano also features 60 × 40 mm thick slats forming the continuous reclining surface. You can choose between FSC-certified Savanna bamboo and dark bamboo; the slats are fixed using countersunk screws. Solaris Urbano is available in widths of 1,200 and 1,800 mm, thus allowing for different dimensions of the characteristic lying surface.
Whilst the classic Solaris offers plenty of design flexibility with its various installation and fixing options, Solaris Urbano, with its concrete base, creates a deliberately more substantial design statement. Both versions share the characteristic wave-like shape of the reclining surface: an expressive combination of flowing lines, a natural material finish and generous space to relax.
