Clean lines, striking details and a timeless form: the Eterna bench combines a linear design with characteristically shaped legs made from coated cast aluminium. Its minimalist construction gives it a distinctive design language whilst leaving scope for different material effects. Eterna is available with or without a Backrest, allowing it to be used to suit the desired layout of the public spaces.
The seat consists of 100 × 40 mm planks, available in a choice of materials: FSC-certified dark bamboo, Savanna bamboo, iroko and black locust, as well as recycled plastic. In the version with a backrest, the slats are also used for the back panel. This allows the character of the bench to be specifically shaped through the choice of material – ranging from various natural wood and bamboo finishes to a version made from recycled plastic. Eterna is designed to be portable and features mounting holes. The coated cast aluminium legs add a striking design feature whilst also forming the bench’s stable base. An optional Armrest is also available for the version with a Backrest.
In this way, Eterna remains true to its core concept: a bench cast as a single piece, whose timeless form is given a unique character time and again through different materials and configuration options.
