Solaris Bench

Clean lines and a versatile selection of materials: the Solaris bench combines straight slats with a discreetly designed base, creating a calm, balanced look for a variety of public spaces. It is available with or without a Backrest and, with the Solaris Care option, offers a version that places particular emphasis on making it comfortable to sit down and stand up.

The seat and backrest are made from 60 × 40 mm planks. You can choose from FSC-certified Dark Bamboo, Savanna Bamboo, Iroko and Robinia. Alternatively, Solaris is available with tubular slats. Thanks to the different finishes, the bench’s clean design can be tailored specifically to the surrounding environment and the desired aesthetic. The legs are fully Hot-dip galvanized. As standard, Solaris is designed for permanent, direct installation. Optionally, the bench can also be set up as a freestanding unit using a base plate. For permanent fixing, an FP50 base plate set is also available, which is fixed 5 cm below the finished floor level or dowelled into a foundation.

Solaris Care adds an additional functional aspect to the series’ distinctive design. The Ergonomic seat height makes sitting down and standing up more comfortable, making this variant particularly suitable where easier access to the seat is required. The choice of materials and mounting options are in keeping with the versatile concept of the Solaris range.
